Rebekah Lin, OD, FAAO, is an optometrist specializing in vision rehabilitation and low vision ocular disease. Before joining Lighthouse Guild, Dr. Lin served as an assistant clinical professor at SUNY College of Optometry and the University Eye Center in New York City. In addition to caring for patients and supervising third and fourth-year optometric students in its Primary Care, Low Vision, and Head Trauma Clinics, Dr. Lin served as co-instructor of the Low Vision elective program, coordinator of the Low Vision laboratory and supervisor of the Low Vision Ocular Disease Micro-Credential Program. 

Dr. Lin has performed various clinical research studies in the areas of myopia control, contact lenses, macular degeneration, and diagnostic imaging. Several of her abstracts have been published by the American Academy of Optometry and Southern Council of Optometrists International

Dr. Lin completed a Residency in Low Vision Rehabilitation at the College of Optometry at the State University of New York, a Doctor of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at John Muir College at the University of California, San Diego. 

A Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Lin has given lectures on topics regarding low vision, low vision technology and vision rehabilitation.
